I'm Karissa Hunter, an illustrator and fine artist from the great Pacific Northwest (Washington state, to be specific). Growing up I doodled and painted on anything (& everything) I could get my hands on — now I get paid to make my colorful creations! I graduated from Brigham Young University in Idaho (BYUI) with my Bachelor's of Arts with a minor in Sculpture and 3 Dimensional Art in 2013. Since then I've taught painting and drawing from my home studio to hundreds of art enthusiasts, illustrated a few books by self published authors and Clean Reads Publishing, and have been commissioned to create paintings for personal enjoyment.

I specialize in the beautiful mediums of watercolor and ink, but also have a love for digital illustration, acrylic and working in 3D.
